The solution supports ATSs of world’s leading manufacturers, including Diebold Nixdorf, CTS, DoCash, Glory, De La Rue, Talaris, Vertera. The list of supported hardware is constantly expanded. Integration with any new hardware takes 2-3 months.
SmartSafe.iQ supports simultaneous Automated Teller Safe operations with up to 4 different currencies.
The solution recognizes banknotes of up to 128 different denominations.
SmartSafe.iQ offers various types of integration with Bank Information System (BIS): WEB services, Stored Procedures, JMS, DLL. Integration with the following BISs - Colvir CBS-3, Forpost, ODB, DCS, Platon, М-БАНК, Oracle Flexcube, Finacle, BISQUIT, Atlas II - has been implemented. Any new integration takes 2-3 months.
Data transfer is performed under the SSL protocol. Security certificates are generated in the system and loaded from external systems.
SmartSafe.iQ provides the centralized control of all cash operations.
The possibility of connecting tellers’ work places in general network allows the staff to switch between ATSs as well as to connect ATSs with other peripherals (coin dispenser, display, camera, card reader) under the SSL protocol.
For banks, seeking the full automation of tellers’ work places SmartSafe.iQ includes coin dispenser support feature, enabling tellers to issue the whole amount of cash in notes and coins alike.
The solution provides a wide range of various reports and operational documents. In case of demand for extra reports the complimentary Dashboard.iQ analytical module allows to make any reports needed.
The integration with video-monitoring solution ATMeye.iQ is a next step to secure the tellers’ workplaces.
