The Penkių kontinentų bankinės technologijos (aka BS/2) company expanded its ATS management product line. A mobile teller‘s workplace has been developed.

A bank employee now can receive and dispose cash or carry out other ATS-involved transactions with a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) in-service. The solution can also be used in course of collection.

According to SmartSafe^.iQ product manager Vilius Gofmanas, this is a modern way to serve customers quickly and conveniently. "A teller who is not bound to his or her workplace and an ATS, not separated from the client by a glass partition, can communicate freely and conveniently. At the same time he or she can give sufficient attention to each client. Furthermore, performing mobile teller‘s function does not require any complex and specialized expertise; every teller can do it. This means that the bank does not need to further invest in their training and education", the BS/2 representative said.

Mobile SmartSafe^.iQ solution is a convenient and secure infrastructure which combes automated teller‘s safes, smartphones and other mobile devices.
